We provide the finest quality of care to our patients at a reasonable fee; therefore payment of your portion of the fee is due at the time services are rendered. If you have questions regarding your account or payment options, please contact our office.
As a courtesy, for patients that have dental insurance, we will complete and submit your dental claim to your insurance carrier.
For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and Care Credit.
Does your office take my insurance?
As an optimal-care dental practice, we strongly believe our patients deserve the best possible dental services we can provide and insurance companies should not determine your quality of care. In an effort to maintain our high quality of care, we gladly work with any insurance policies that have out of network benefits as we are not contracted with any insurance companies.
Will I have to pay anything at the time of my visit?
If you have dental insurance, the estimated co-payment or a percentage will be collected at the time of service. Any remaining balance after insurance pays will be billed directly to you.
If you are self-pay with no insurance coverage, all payment is due at the time of service.
What will my co-pay be?
Since everyone has different insurance and different coverage, it is hard for us to determine exactly what your co-pay will be, prior to checking your insurance. Due to HIPAA laws, we are unable to check your insurance until you come into our office and sign a release form to do so.
